The Kunz Credenza is completely constructed from solid quarter sawn German Beech and American Black Walnut in the mid-century modern style with Danish modern influences. The carcass features large through dovetails with 4 sliding dovetail partitions in the interior. 2 full overlay doors fronts conceal open storage with adjustable shelving. 2 solid black walnut lap sided drawer fronts conceal solid, half-blind dovetailed drawers mounted on 100 pound undermount ball-bearing, touch latch slides. The back features shiplapped and book matched German Beech paneling fastened with copper nails. Finished in 6 coats of a hand-rubbed oil/varnish mixture and an oil/beeswax finish for a rich, but subtle sheen. Fully customizable. Custom built in our studio in Louisville, Kentucky.
